Catherine Baiori, 70, died Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at her home in Savannah.

Mrs. Baiori was born in Brooklyn, NY on June 20, 1938, the daughter of the late Nicholas Charles and Mary Battista Camera. Catherine graduated from Fort Hamilton High School in Brooklyn, NY. Following graduation she began her career as a Medical Secretary at the Veterans Hospital of Brooklyn, NY and later continued her career with the office of Dr. Larry Seitzman of Edison, NJ where she worked until her retirement. After retirement she and her husband moved to Florida and had resided in Savannah for the last six months. Catherine was a devout catholic and attended St. James Catholic Church.

Mrs. Baiori was preceded in death by her son, John Joseph Baiori. She is survived by her husband of forty-nine years, John Baiori; daughter, Lynn Baiori of Barcelona; grandchildren, Mariona and Thalia Urgell; sister, Jessie Ciano of Savannah and brother, Al Camera of New York.

Visitation: 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m. Monday, November 24, 2008 at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel with a Rosary Service at 6:00 p.m.

A Memorial Mass will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at St. James Catholic Church.
